Il progetto iniziale era di farne un cuscino o un quadro, ma
purtroppo - quasi alla fine - il tessuto si è strappato in basso a destra e a
sinistra (due bei buchi…) quindi non rimane molto per fare bordure o altro.
Ora
mi sono stancata di vedere la banda Disney chiusa in un cassetto e chiedo un
suggerimento… anche se in questo periodo non ho proprio tempo, pensavo di fare
un bordo patchwork, ma non sono molto convinta!
Mi aiutate?

The initial project was to make a pillow or a
picture, but unfortunately - almost at the end - the fabric is ripped down left
and right (two nice holes ...) so there is not much to do.
Now I'm tired of
seeing the Disney gang locked in a drawer and ask for a hint ... although now I
have really few time, I was thinking of making a patchwork edge but I'm not sure
that it is a good idea!

Le projet initial était de faire un oreiller ou un tableau,
mais malheureusement - presque à la fin - le tissu s'est déchiré en bas, à
gauche et à droite (deux beaux trous ...) donc il n'y a pas grand chose à
faire.
Maintenant, je ne veux pas voir la bande Disney enfermé dans un tiroir
et je vous demande un conseil ... même si en ce moment je n'ai pas le temps, je
pensais faire un bord patchwork, mais je ne suis pas convaincue que c'est une
bonne idée!

EliminaI thought about framing it, but the measures are so unusual that I should make a customized frame: I'm not sure it worths the expense!
But I'll certainly think again about it!

I have been thinking on this ever since you posted it... how about getting some cute fabric to match the colors in the disney design ... firstly I would surround your design with a nice color... then make the fabric into oblongs...not too wide and stitch them together in a long line... make this into a border around your stitching then add just one color border around it all to finish... maybe the same color as the inner smaller border?
RispondiEliminaOMG... does this make any sense? Its really hard to explain but really simple but effective design... if not oblongs then squares would work to :)

EliminaSo maybe adding this border it could reach regular measures and I will be able to frame it as Mii suggested, without spending too much as for a customized frame!

Anche a me inizialmente era venuta l'idea di farne un cuscino. . . sono stata un po' frenata dal pensiero che con due adolescenti in casa che hanno la delicatezza tipica di quell'età, il cuscino dal divano passerebbe immancabilmente al pavimento per un numero imprecisato di volte al giorno finendo per rovinarsi. . .
Però non abbandono l'idea e ti saluto con un abbraccio!

Non me ne parlare. . . avevo praticamente finito e si è andato ad impigliare in un pezzo affilato di metallo della cerniera di un cassetto che si era rotto (io naturalmente non me n'ero accorta). . . come ho preso il ricamo e ho tirato per estrarlo dal cassetto CRACK nemmeno se avessi usato il coltello.

RispondiEliminaUne bonne idée de le terminer en patchwork!surtout si c'est pour unr chambre d'enfant,des carrés de couleurs bien claires .
Désormais ce n'est plus pour une chambre d'enfants parce que mes deux enfant sont dévénus des adoléscents dans l'entretemps. . . je dois être plus rapide dans la finition de mes broderies!

RispondiEliminaQuindi pensavo mi piace il cuscino, apliccalo su come n tessuto robusto, tipo tappezzeria della dimensione del cuscino poi spargi qua e là "toppe" di tessuti diversi a creare un effetto patch: tagli forme diverse, copri leggermente un angolo del ricamo.... insomma tanta confusione su qualcosa davvero carino... così su due piedi mi piace, puoi provare senza tagliare, per vedere cosa succede
